Frequently asked questions
You will have 12 months to complete them. This timeframe includes the completion of the final exam for our professional certifications such as the Global Trade Certificate (GTC), Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP), Export & Import Certificate (EIC), and Certificate in Responsible Green Marketing Communications (RGMC).
All ICC Academy course materials are available online through our Learning Management System (LMS). No textbooks are included, but the LMS offers extensive supporting materials such as course glossaries and study guides for the EIC, CTFP, GTC, and Incoterms® 2020 Certificate, which you can print and use offline.
Additionally, we provide a range of supporting eBooks available for separate purchase to complement your certificate or course. This blend of online interactive courses and downloadable eBooks offers a comprehensive learning experience.
Upon registering for the Global Trade Certificate (GTC) or Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) programmes, you will be able to select your elective courses once you log in to your account. Please note that once electives are chosen, they cannot be changed. All courses will remain accessible until the end of your 12-month access period, even after the final exam.
You will have 12 months of access to the courses or certifications you purchase. To extend your access for an additional 12 months, you will need to purchase an extension. Please email helpdesk@iccacademy.com.sg for more details.
Upon completing the programme, you can showcase your credentials in the following ways:
- Share your achievement on LinkedIn: Many of our alumni have posted their ‘Certificate of Completion’ or ‘Certificate of Achievement’ on LinkedIn. This is an excellent way to inform your network that you have earned an industry-validated certification from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the world business organisation.
- Join our alumni community: We’d love to have you join our diverse alumni network. By completing the registration form, you will be listed as a confirmed ICC graduate, making it easy to share your achievements with clients, colleagues, and prospective employers. This page is frequently visited by alumni, HR professionals, and recruiting managers looking for qualified candidates. Additionally, we regularly interview our alumni to share their experiences with our wider network, further highlighting their professional journey and success.
Each of our professional certifications includes a final online exam. Your purchase includes 1 attempt at this exam. If you fail, you can purchase a retake for between US$60-100 depending on which certification you have registered for. Please contact helpdesk@iccacademy.com.sg for more information.
