Job Summary:

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s growth by leading and managing all aspects of human resources. This role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and the implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and career development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with industry standards.
  • HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decisions, monitoring key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
