As the Business Development Manager at ICC Academy Pte Ltd, I am responsible for developing and implementing a B2B sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets within my assigned territories.

My role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, government bodies, and academic institutions.

I also establish strategic partnerships to promote ICC Academy’s programs in global markets, and I create tailored proposals and presentations to address specific client needs. To ensure our efforts are aligned with broader objectives, I collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Technology and Operations teams.

I began my career building and leading high-performing recruitment teams, specializing in the technology and engineering sectors, before transitioning to a focus on business development and program management in higher education. My expertise lies in forging strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for leading institutions like the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University.
