I am a Senior Business Development Manager at ICC Academy, where I oversee client relationships across the APAC region. My role encompasses both new business development and account management, which allows me to not only introduce our learning solutions to new organisations but also to partner with existing clients on a long-term basis. I work closely with them to design and structure learning pathways that are practical, impactful, and aligned with their strategic priorities, ensuring maximum engagement and fostering a culture of continuous professional development within their teams.

I have been working in the learning and development sector for over nine years, building a career around helping professionals and institutions enhance skills and knowledge through tailored learning solutions. Before joining ICC Academy, I worked with a UK-based professional body as well as a global training vendor, where I gained valuable experience in developing training frameworks, delivering learning programmes, and supporting corporate clients across diverse industries.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about the role of training as a catalyst for growth, whether at an individual, organisational, or industry level.
