John is Senior Learning Designer at ICC Academy, where he develops and leads innovative learning experiences that support members and stakeholders across the global network. His work focuses on designing training programs and developing digital resources that promote knowledge sharing in international commerce.
With more than 10 years of experience in learning design and education, John has developed a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and digital learning solutions.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching and is passionate about using learning as a tool for global connection and impact.

Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, photography, and exploring new worlds through video games.
