Ken-Wei is Deputy Director of Trade at Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), where he leads national efforts to drive trade digitalisation, including the development and adoption of the TradeTrust Framework for trusted digital trade documentation. He previously served over a decade in China as IMDA’s Chief Representative, promoting bilateral digital economy collaborations. Ken-Wei holds degrees in Computing and Business Administration, and brings a practical, systems-level perspective to the intersection of technology, trade and finance.
