She leads the Academy’s global strategy, product innovation, and business operations, steering its mission to equip trade and finance professionals with internationally recognised training and certifications. Under her leadership, the ICC Academy plays a pivotal role in driving the industry to upskill and adapt to the rapidly evolving trade landscape, working closely with banks, corporates, regulators, and ICC national committees worldwide to ensure its programmes remain relevant and impactful.
