Dave Meynell

Dave Meynell is a Senior Technical Advisor to the ICC Banking Commission and has played a key role in drafting numerous ICC rules, practices, briefings, and guidelines, both in traditional and digital domains. Dave has over 30 years of experience at Deutsche Bank, where he held various senior positions across international locations, culminating in his role as Global Head of Trade Product Management for Financial Institutions. He is formerly the Chief Examiner for the LIBF Certificate in International Trade Finance (CITF®) and has been involved in and reviewed multiple trade finance qualifications, including CITF®, CDCS®, and CSDG®.
